Jan 02, 2007 — The Olympic Regional Development Authority has a new chairman of its Board of Directors. In his last week in office, governor George Pataki named St. Regis Falls native J. Patrick Barrett to the post. He'll replace Charles Gargano, a close Pataki ally. Chris Knight reports.
