Jan 23, 2007 — State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo says he will require more information about legislative pet projects known as member items before he certifies that the money can flow. Member items have been under scrutiny in Albany lately, and some lawmakers have been indicted or are under investigation. Karen DeWitt reports.
