North Country tourism could take a hit from new passport rules

The 'Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative' went into effect yesterday. That's the official name of the new legislation requiring passports to enter or leave the U-S. The regulation does apply to Canada and Mexico, too. Right now, passports are only required for those traveling by air. But, as Jonathan Brown reports, the new rules could affect North Country tourism.
