Feb 15, 2007 — The North Country got its share of yesterday's rough weather. The Adirondack Northway was closed for nearly 12 hours because of drifting snow. A state of emergency was declared in Clinton, Essex and Franklin Counties. Travel restrictions remain in effect today. Brian Mann has more.
