Feb 16, 2007 — One of the largest dance festivals in North America, with lots of participatory dance and music instruction sessions, parties, and performances, gets underway in downtown Saratoga Springs today. Beth Robinson, co-host of NCPR's Open Studio, spoke with Peter Davis, co-director of the 20th annual "Dance Flurry" festival. Davis says everyone is welcome.
