Mar 07, 2007 — Hundreds of hospital representatives are due at the Capitol today, to protest Governor Spitzer's proposed budget cuts. The group will hear speeches by the legislative leaders, who say they are leaning toward restoring some of Spitzer's over one billion dollars in cuts to medical institutions. Karen DeWitt reports.
