Mar 09, 2007 — The new State Comptroller, Tom DiNapoli, has taken a number of public actions in recent days, including the appointment of a commission co-chaired by former New York City Mayor Ed Koch to look at public integrity issues. DiNapoli says he wants to restore the credibility of his office, after the resignation of Alan Hevesi over personal use of state employees. Karen DeWitt reports.
