Northway cell phone deal struck

Governor Eliot Spitzer unveiled an agreement yesterday that will allow as many as a dozen new cell phone towers along the Adirondack Northway. This deal, struck between the state, Verizon Wireless, and pro-environment groups, comes three months after the death of 63-year-old Alfred Langner of Brooklyn. Brian Mann has details.
