Listen to this story
The Lake Placid Film Forum opened last night at the Palace Theater, with a showing of Buster Keaton's classic silent film The Cameraman. Renowned cinema organist Jeffrey Barker, a Film Forum favorite, performed. Here's a taste of last night's musical accompaniment for the film. The Film Forum continues this evening with an exclusive screening of Steve Buscemi's new film The Interview. After the movie, Brian Mann will interview Buscemi on stage at the Palace. Buschemi has starred in classic films like Fargo, The Big Lebowski, and Charlotte's Web. He also appeared regularly on The Sopranos. Tonight's event begins at 6:30 pm at Lake Placid's Palace Theater.
