Walmart asks for law change, sewer service

Monday night in Potsdam, village residents will get a chance to weigh in on the latest development in the three-year-old Walmart saga. The retail giant has asked the village to extend sewer lines to its future Supercenter on Route 11. The company's offered to pay more than $150,000 a year. But officials fear the move could create sprawl and hurt development inside the village. David Sommerstein reports.
