Aug 17, 2007 — An 11-year-old boy died Thursday morning in a fire that ripped through a duplex in Ticonderoga. Philip Frazier was taken to the Moses-Ludington Hospital but was later pronounced dead. The blaze also left two families homeless. As Jonathan Brown reports, several firefighters also suffered from smoke inhalation.
