Sep 03, 2007 — A top administrative judge in the state and his wife are challenging the Town of Harrietstown over their property's assessment. Jan Plumadore, the Deputy Chief Administrative Judge for all courts outside New York City, and his wife Barbara claim the value of their property on Lower Saranac Lake should be reduced because of the smells coming from a neighboring biomedical research facility.
