Sep 05, 2007 — Environmental groups are raising new concerns about Nestle's plans to build a $100 million water bottling operation in the Tug Hill region. The Albany Times-Union is reporting this morning that the company wants to pump 1.5 million gallons a day from a location in Oswego County. Brian Mann reports.
