Outgoing Senator Stafford Explains His Reasons for Leaving the Legislature

Speaking to reporters at the Republican State Convention yesterday in Manhattan, outgoing State Senator Ron Stafford said the last 37 years in the state legislature have been "meaningful" and "rewarding". On Monday, the chairman of the budget-writing Senate Finance Committee announced he won't seek re-election this November. Martha Foley has more.
