(12/01/09) Cougar sightings are up--here--in northern New York. No one has found any physical evidence that the big cats are once again prowling the area. But, the cougar rumor mill has a life of its own. And where these animals are concerned, new stories bring the old ones back for another telling.

Jonathan Brown talked with lots of people in the Adirondack North Country who believe they've heard the call of the cougar.

(04/25/08) What do you do when you find a hurt or abandoned wild animal? It happens to just about everybody. Most of us call a veterinarian or animal control. Dave Larrow and his wife Kathy built a wildlife rehabilitation center in their back yard in Hudson Falls. Jonathan Brown recently paid them a visit.
