Mar 23, 2004 — Some of the best Mongolian and Buryat musicians and singers of northern Asia are in the Adirondacks this week. Their visit is part of a series of international exchanges sponsored by the Totem Peoples Project and the Association for the Protection of the Adirondacks. Tonight at 7:00, at the Lake Placid Center for the Arts, the group Uragsha presents traditional song, fiddle and throat singing.
