Feb 28, 2005 — Broadway star and Watertown native Ted Keegan is back in his hometown for a concert with the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra tonight (8pm, Watertown HS). The Baltimore-based ensemble will perform a series of "floating" concerts from the Blue Mountain Lake Boat Livery at various camps on the lake. Jul 16, 2003 — The Downing College Chapel Choir of Cambridge University presents a concert tonight at the Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts in Blue Mountain Lake. This is the choir's third visit to the Adirondacks. The group performed a series of concerts in Manhattan last week, and will visit Vermont later this week. May 15, 2003 — The Seagle Music Colony in Schroon Lake breaks ground on a new building Friday afternoon. Since 1915, the Seagle Colony has offered talented young singers a secluded summer haven to polish their skills. The new studio building will provide more space for rehearsals, costumes and set construction.
