Preview: Potsdam High School Benefit Concert

The Northern Symphonic Winds performs a benefit concert Saturday night at 7:30 in Hosmer Hall at SUNY-Potsdam. Proceeds will go toward renovating Potsdam High School's auditorium. Homecoming: Opera Star Returns to Crane

Stephanie Blythe is one of the hottest young American singers, with several top awards and regular appearances at the Metropolitan Opera under her belt. She's an alumna of SUNY Potsdam and returns for a concert Saturday night at 7:30 in the Hosmer Concert Hall. Music critics agree Blythe was born an opera singer, with a huge, rich voice that is ideal for opera houses. Preview: Sunset on Broadway Tonight in Potsdam

Tonight's Summer Pops Concert by the Orchestra of Northern New York in Potsdam (7 pm) features Broadway favorites and a tribute to the Fourth of July.
