(12/08/06) This jazz quartet wanted the name of their band to reflect the working class roots of its members. All four of the musicians in Dogs of Jazz played other types of music in other bands, but have found that jazz allows each instrument to have a clear voice in a conversation. They spoke with Jill Breit.
