Albany, NY, Oct 25, 2012 — Following a day-long special summit in Albany, Governor Cuomo has pledged to invest more money into promoting the state's growing wine, beer, and spirits industries.

The "summit" came as New York's conservation department has yet to decide whether hydro-fracking for natural gas will be permitted in New York.
