Pirro visits Lake Placid
(11/01/06) State Attorney General candidate Jeanine Pirro made a brief stop in Lake Placid yesterday as part of a campaign swing through the North Country. Pirro, a Republican, is the former Westchester County District Attorney. She's running for attorney general against Democrat Andrew Cuomo, former federal housing secretary and the son of former Governor Mario Cuomo. As Chris Knight reports, Pirro used the local appearance to tout her background as a judge and prosecutor.
