SARS Disease Turns Up In New York
Mar 31, 2003 — Dozens of cases of a deadly flu-like illness known as Sudden Acute Respiratory Syndrome have been reported in the United States. Two cases have been confirmed in northern New York - and more than a hundred across the border in Ontario. Sep 03, 2002 — Seven people died and more than two thousand were made ill when e-coli bacteria contaminated Walkerton, Ontario's water supply more than two years ago.
