(04/20/07) The rich tones of Sam Hopkins voice, and the unusual inclusion of a mandolin in the band, give this act a distinct jazz sound. Sam Hopkins has been the lead vocalist in a number of rhythm & blues, jazz, and blues bands in Canada, and more recently, in the North Country. As a singer, Sam believes it's his responsibility to attract musicians who can play to what his voice creates.
