Referendum Supporters Hope to Exclude Prisoners in Redistricting Count

In early October, St. Lawrence lawmakers voted 11 to 4 in favor of including state prison inmates in the county's redistricting plan. The state assembly's minority leader was the featured guest at the St. Lawrence County Republicans' annual dinner Friday night in Ogdensburg.
