Feb 24, 2003 — Governor George Pataki visited Clarkson University in Potsdam Friday to announce a 4.5 million dollar state grant through its Ge*NY*sis program. The money will help Clarkson boost rehabilitative research, from foot-propelled canoes to better artificial hearts.
