Dec 10, 2013 — ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) The state Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking landowners to help with a wild turkey study aimed at improving management of the game species.
Biologists say wild turkey populations have declined in many parts of New York over the last 10 years. This will be the second year of a four-year study to better understand factors influencing turkey population changes. Go to full article
