Akwesasne Signs

One of my favorite parts about driving around Akwesasne is the signage around the reservation. It’s a combination of advertising big and small, public service announcements, political protest, and street art. And much of it is handmade and artistic. Here’s a sampling of signage I captured while out on a reporting trip one cloudy day. – David Sommerstein
