<description><![CDATA[ (Jul 18, 2012) The City of Ogdensburg remembers its early history this weekend. NCPR is media sponsor for the Fort La Presentation Founder&apos;s Day events at Lighthouse Point. Commemorations of the French and Indian War on Saturday and Sunday will feature re-enactments and battles on land and water, a bateau race, and a colonial trade fair. Todd Moe talks with Michael Whittaker, a history and re-enactment buff, from Bishops Mills, Ontario. He&apos;s also Harbor Master this weekend and will be among hundreds of re-enactors in Ogdensburg.
