(Jun 13, 2008) NCPR is media sponsor for the Lake Placid Film Forum this weekend. One of the guests is novelist William Kennedy, who lives near Albany. Kennedy will lead a master class on script writing at the forum. He co-scripted the screenplay for The Cotton Club and wrote the script for Ironweed, starring Jack Nicholson and Meryl Streep, both of whom won Oscars for their performances. He spoke with Todd Moe about his latest ventures and turning a novel into a film.
