<description><![CDATA[ (Nov 19, 2007) The owner of a waterfront home on Lake Clear near Saranac Lake has agreed to pay a $50,000 fine to the Adirondack Park Agency.  The settlement allows the Hickey family to keep their luxury home on a location that violates the park&apos;s environmental rules.  Brian Mann has details.
