<description><![CDATA[ (Jul 8, 2009) Hundreds of military re-enactors will gather along the St. Lawrence River this weekend.  The live-action, &quot;Grand Tactical,&quot; will be held in Morrisburg, Ontario.  The historic activities are taking place near Upper Canada Village.  Pat Macdonald heads the St. Lawrence Parks Commission which oversees the heritage park and the adjacent battle memorial site.
