<description><![CDATA[ (Jul 16, 2007) A group of taxpayers suing the town of Harrietstown abruptly withdrew their petition on Friday.  The case was set to be heard by the state Supreme Court in Malone.  As Brian Mann reports, the suit was delayed after the judge refused to allow a new set of claims against the town.
