Forsyth's Rifles and other area reenactors will gather at the Ogdensburg Cemetery,Route 812(State Street),to honor Sheriff Joseph York, hero of the Battle of Ogdensburg,with a wreath laying. This is part of the bicentennial celebration of the battle.
